Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges depend on product availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and a replacement or refund will be arranged at no cost to you.
